Smart Management of a 25-Hectare Walnut Orchard – Dzalisi Village

Sensors and Smart Technologies (SST) has successfully completed another significant project under the Rural Development Agency's state program. In the village of Dzalisi, Mtskheta Municipality, a 25-hectare walnut orchard has been fully equipped with a state-of-the-art agro-meteorological station and soil moisture sensors.

In modern agribusiness, success is defined by precise data. The implementation of these advanced sensory systems allows farmers to manage their orchards based on real-time insights, directly enhancing farm stability and crop yields.

How Technologies Transform Your Farm:

  • Data-Driven Management: Determine precise irrigation and spraying schedules based on real-time soil and atmospheric parameters.

  • Risk Prevention: Predict the spread of pests and diseases, significantly reducing the risk of crop loss.

  • Resource Optimization: Minimize the waste of water and fertilizers through precision monitoring.

  • Increased Productivity: Maintain ideal conditions for plant growth through constant monitoring.

The future of agriculture lies in technology. We continue to introduce innovative solutions across Georgia’s agricultural sector, ensuring that modern technology becomes the guarantee for a high-quality, abundant harvest.
